Windjammer is a brand new luxury first floor holiday apartment in Stoke Fleming, Dartmouth, South Devon. Situated within Ocean Breeze, this exclusive holiday apartment has a wonderful sea views, contemporary furnishings and equipped with maximum comfort in mind. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach at Blackpool Sands and a short walk from the village shop, Green Dragon pub and Radius 7 bistro. Walkers will love the close proximity to the South West Coast path, the walk into Dartmouth takes in stunning coastline. Dartmouth is a 5 minute drive, Blackpool Sands 2 minutes or if you prefer to leave the car and parking worries behind the bus goes past the door.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with their own facilities, and a large open plan living space with sea facing balcony making this apartment ideal for two couples holidaying together.

Accommodation: Windjammer is entered via the communal hallway. The front door of the apartment opens to a the hall with plenty of coat hanging and boot storage space. Stairs lead up to the landing. At the rear of the apartment is the open plan living room with adjacent kitchen. The living room benefits from triple bi-fold doors opening onto the decked balcony with outdoor furniture offering spectacular views over the garden, fields and out to sea. The living room is furnished with two sofas with side tables and lamps, TV with freeview, DVD player, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with smart, modern white units with grey tops, integrated dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave, and views over the village and the sea.

Both of the bedrooms have king size beds; the master bedroom has an en suite with shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has zip and link beds so can be made up as a twin (please request preference at the time of booking). Both bedrooms are at the front of the property and look out over the village green.  The second bathroom has a bath with a shower over, toilet and basin.

Outside:  There are two allocated parking spaces and a shared lawned garden.
