A beautifully presented second floor apartment located on Dartmouth’s South Embankment. The feature triangular window in the living room is the perfect spot to sit and watch the boats come and go on the river.  Benefiting from a private balcony as well as private on site parking space Seascapes is the perfect spot to enjoy this beautiful riverside town or the wider South Hams.

Seascape is accessed via the private parking space on Cole’s Court. Enter into the private hallway/utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and space for boots and coats. Up to the second floor where you get to the front door.

 

Entering the apartment  the two bedrooms are on the right and the bathroom and WC are off to the left. Straight ahead to the open plan living space with modern well equipped kitchen, dining area with glass topped table and lounge area with leather sofa and armchair, TV, DVD and coal effect fire.  The Feature triangular window with window seat offers outstanding views of the river, Kingswear and the mouth of the river.

 

The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table, access to the balcony and river views. The second bedroom has a 4’6″ bed and is furnished with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. River glimpses available. The main bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and basin. There is also an additional Cloakroom with toilet and basin.

 

The balcony can be accessed via the lounge or the master bedroom. There is a tall bistro table with seating for 4, the perfect spot for your morning coffee of evening cocktail. The private parking space is a good size and will comfortably host a large car.

Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, therefore it does not matter if you are arriving late at night.

Changeover

In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Saturday changeover and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact us with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible.
Out of peak season we don’t need to keep to a Saturday changeover.

To get you started on arrival you will find a small quantity of –  tea, coffee and sugar as well as salt and pepper, dish washing tablets, washing up liquid, j-cloths and scourers, bin bags, hand soap and toilet roll.

Seascape is located on the South Embankment, a short flat walk from the town centre.

Travelling by car

Dartmouth is around 17 miles from the A38 Intersection at Buckfastleigh.

Travelling by train

Dartmouth is around 12 miles from Totnes Railway Station, which has a selection of Taxi’s, and a regular bus service to Dartmouth.

Travelling by train

Dartmouth is around 45 miles from Exeter International Airport.

Travelling by ferry

Dartmouth is around 31 miles from the Ferry Port at Plymouth.
