31 Crowthers Hill is a pet friendly holiday home in a quiet part of Dartmouth, a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and river Dart. From this elevated position there are views over the river from the garden and master bedroom. This pet friendly holiday cottage is tastefully furnished and has wood floors throughout and central heating. There are lovely walks to be enjoyed from here across the fields overlooking Dartmouth, Kingswear and the river Dart.

Accommodation: A few steps lead up from the road to the front door. Small entrance hall with coat hanging. The sitting room has been comfortably furnished with sofa and arm chairs, gas coal effect fire, TV with DVD. An archway opening into the kitchen/diner with an attractive part glazed ceiling, dining table and chairs, cream kitchen units, electric oven and grill, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice box and microwave, door to back garden.

Upstairs: There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed (4’6”) and patio doors to sunny balcony with views over the river and garden. The second bedroom is a single with 4ft bed. Shower room with shower, basin and toilet, heated towel rail.

Outside: The back garden is a peaceful spot to sit and unwind, with views over the river, decked and paved areas with garden furniture. You can stop outside the cottage first to unload.

Due to the properties location there is no parking on site however there is space to pull up and unload and a year round parking pass for Mayors Avenue car park is supplied. There is also on street parking nearby that is unrestricted during the winter period.

NB: Crowthers Hill itself is steep, as is the walk up from the town centre, so the cottage may not be ideal for those with mobility problems.

Arrival and departure times

Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, therefore it does not matter if you are arriving late at night.

Dartmouth is around 12 miles from Totnes Railway Station which has a selection of Taxi’s and a regular bus service to Dartmouth.

Dartmouth is around 45 miles from Exeter International Airport.

Dartmouth is around 31 miles from the Ferry Port at Plymouth.
