“Accommodation lived up to photos. We made good use of the balcony to enjoy the stunning view of Dartmouth/Kingswear. Everything provided for a comfortable holiday.” Allison – 3-10 August 2019

“Comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a peaceful setting, with wonderful views.”  Rosemary and Dan – 29 June – 6 July 2019

“We have had an enjoyable stay this week. The spectacular views from the lounge are the highlight of this property”  Nick and Rae – June 2019

“A lovely stay in Dartmouth at your wonderful house – very comfortable and homely – everything you needed! and of course the amazing view! Hope to be a back” Den and Louise – June 2019

“We have had a very enjoyable week with weather not too bad. We have rented holiday accommodation in the Dartmouth area for over 20 years and like to find places to return to. On the strengh of our first visit this could be such a place if the standard is maintained. There are many strong points such as the location, views, parking, comfortable furniture and flexible twin/double beds in the main bedroom.” Teri and Jenny 25 May – 1 June 2019

“Fantastic views and comfortable beds with quality bedding.” J Goode – 18-25 May 2019

“Located on a quiet housing estate, with beautiful views over town, good value for money. The bungalow was situated on a housing estate on the outskirts of Dartmouth, with excellent views across the valley and river. Provided you could cope with steep paths and steps it was easy to walk into the town (15 mins) where there was plenty of opportunity to take boat trips, or browse the local shops which were located in quaint narrow streets. The local supermarkets were within a short drive from the bungalow and although small, they catered for your needs quite adequately.
The bungalow itself was comfortable and clean and generally not in bad condition.  The drive which drops down the side of the property is very steep, so cannot be used unless you have good ground clearance. We parked on the road all week!”  John 4-11 May 2019

“Perfect location in Dartmouth. Never having been to the area before we quickly established that Dartmouth would be a parking nightmare and so we looked for somewhere with parking, views and within 15 mins stroll into town. (Downhill all the way and if not wanting the walk back up, taxi bill was £5.) 15 Churchfields fitted the bill. We weren’t disappointed. On arrival the house was clean, modern, light and airy. The views from the lounge were stunning and the balcony off the kitchen with bi-fold doors doubled the space. Either with cup of coffee or glass of wine in hand, much time was spent just looking across at the countryside and down to Dartmouth Harbour; it was like watching a permanently moving model village with boats and steam trains coming and going. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms had good quality bedding and were spacious. Boxes of toys were in the twin bedroom. It was all very thoughtfully equipped. Decoration was light and modern. All designed to make for a very relaxing stay. Parking was down the steep drive at the side of the house with turning area at the bottom; low suspension cars would ground on the lip of the pavement but there is plenty of parking on the road outside. The neighbours were very friendly. Lovely week – we were just sad to leave!” Susan – 13-20 April 2019

“We loved the views from the deck area and overall found the property to be comfortable and well located.” Claire – 30 March –  6 April 2019

“A very nice property with excellent amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms, Netflix and smart TV, on the drive parking and great views.” Michael – January 2019

“Comfortable, clean and lovely outside seating area.” Sarah – November 2018

“A very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful part of the country and staying in a very comfortable and well furnished flat with lovely views over the estuary. We hope to return some time” Alison and Margaret – 22-29 September 2018

“We all enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful with very large windows and fantastic balcony to enjoy the wonderful views over the estuary. The weather was great and so we visited lots of places. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and a great place to stay in” The Grant Family – 18-25 August 2018
