A truly great find! Central to the centre of Dartmouth in a very peaceful street, this cottage has been beautifully renovated to create a fabulous open plan living area on the ground floor with three sumptuous bedrooms on the upper floors. There is even a walled garden at the back to enjoy alfresco dining. The whole house has been furnished and equipped with maximum comfort in mind.

The front door opens from Clarence Hill into the open plan living room.  to the front o the cottage is the lounge furnished with sofa and armchairs, large TV, and side tables. The kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday and has cream units with granite tops, housing the dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric oven and hob, Nespresso machine (please bring pods). The dining area has a high glass ceiling flooding the room with light, wooden dining table and upholstered chairs for 6. Off the dining room is a small courtyard with a cupboard housing the washer/dryer and extra fridge and freezer space.

Stairs lead up to the first floor with the first of the bedrooms, this one has an upholstered kingsize bed, plenty of storage and large TV. Also on this floor is the large family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, basin and toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms both with upholstered double beds and plenty of storage.  One of them has  an en suite shower, toilet and basin and television.

On the half landing between the first and second floors is the door leading the walled terrace with a rattan dining table and chairs and Outback gas barbecue.

Arrival and departure times

Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, therefore it does not matter if you are arriving late at night.

Changeover

In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Saturday changeover and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact us with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible.
Out of peak season we don’t need to keep to a Saturday changeover.

General Provisions

To get you started on arrival you will find a small quantity of –  tea, coffee and sugar as well as salt and pepper, dish washing tablets, washing up liquid, j-cloths and scourers, bin bags, hand soap and toilet roll.

Dartmouth is around 31 miles from the Ferry Port at Plymouth.
