Tunis Cottage is an unspoilt waterfront period cottage available for self catering family holidays in Dittisham. Situated on the picturesque quayside Tunis Cottage retaining its old world charm with spectacular views at any time of year – enjoy watching the boats moored just off the beach or those sailing up and down the river.

Accommodation:  From a small entrance hall the dining room is on the left with the table set in the window so that you can watch the river as you breakfast and plan your day. Two stone steps lead up to a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, freezer/fridge, microwave, and a door to back garden. The cosy sitting room with window looking out at the quay has an open fire, TV, DVD and CD/radio/cassette and door to the staircase.

Upstairs:  There are two twin bedrooms – the one to the right of the landing has a basin and one to the left leads to a child’s room with a single bed, and through to the bathroom.  The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, basin and toilet. Please note to get to the only bathroom you have to walk through one of the twin rooms and the single room. Both the twin bedrooms have glorious views of the river and surrounding countryside.  Please be aware that being an old cottage the ceilings and some doors are low.

Exterior: To the rear of the cottage is a terraced garden with table and chairs and just outside the back door an outside toilet.  At the front of the cottage, on the quayside, there is a garden table and chairs ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks.

Due to the property’s location there is no private parking, however, at low tide you can stop on the beach to unload, there is a choice of two car parks approx. 350m away, a steep walk from the quay.
