Holly Cottage is a delightful holiday cottage in Dittisham. Almost 400 years old Holly Cottage is full of character and only a stone’s throw from the river, Ferry Boat Inn, Anchorstone Cafe and the ferries to Dartmouth and across to Greenway. Holly Cottage offers lovely river views from both the terraced rear garden and front garden.

Accommodation: Front the front door you entrance the sitting room with its many original features, antique furnishings, stone fire place with wood burning stove (first basket of logs provided Oct – Mar), polished wooden floor, comfortable seating, TV and DVD. A few steps lead to the very well equipped kitchen/dining room with pine table and chairs, lime washed wooden units, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer and microwave. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a ground floor shower room with toilet (only accessed via going outside across the courtyard).

Upstairs: There are three bedrooms, all well furnished, one double bedroom with iron bedstead, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin.

Exterior: At the back of the cottage there is a paved courtyard garden on two terraces with garden furniture and river views. At the front of the cottage there is a sheltered patio with garden furniture and river views across to Greenway.

There are a choice of two car parks approx 300m away (steep hill up to ‘The Level’ car park) and it is possible to pull up outside to load/unload. Children welcome but beware of steep steps in the garden.
